Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached before placing them back in the original Atelier NEORAH packaging.

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

Once our quality control team inspects the returned piece, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
